The home offers 4 comfortable bedrooms designed for families and groups.
Two of the bedrooms each feature 2 twin XL beds, while the other two bedrooms each include a cozy queen bed.
All bedrooms are located on the second floor, creating a quiet and private space to relax and unwind after a day at the beach.

For added comfort, all bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans to help keep the space cool and comfortable throughout your stay.

The home offers 2 full bathrooms on both the first and second floors, providing added convenience for guests throughout their stay.

Gather together in the heart of the home, where the fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to prepare meals and snacks during your stay. The kitchen island offers seating for 4, making it a great spot for morning coffee, casual meals, or keeping the cook company.

For your convenience, there is also an outdoor shower to rinse off sand and saltwater before heading inside. Please note that the shower is open and not private.

Located in Scituate, Massachusetts, Three Buoys is in a coastal residential area on the South Shore. The property is within walking or short driving distance of multiple public beaches in Scituate. Scituate Harbor, local shops, and restaurants are a short drive away. The location provides access to nearby coastal attractions and town amenities.

Guests will have access to the home, with standard private storage or owner-locked areas not available for guest use. Also, guests will typically need a vehicle to get around the area, and parking is available on-site.

- The guest who books must be one of the guests staying on the property (sorry - no booking for others).

- Minimum booking age is 25 and must show proof of a valid ID if asked.

- We have an additional 5 Str Co-Host Guest Agreement separate from the booking platform. By booking this home, you agree to this process. The Guest Agreement is a legal document from our law firm that details the rules and policies for staying here.

- After you book, you’ll receive a message with a link to the Renter’s Agreement. Please read it carefully and sign it to complete your booking. Signing this agreement is required for your stay in our home.

- Unexpected things can happen, so WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND getting travel insurance in case you need to cancel your booking.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Forty-seven percent (47.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
